HELLO OVO. I am so glad I came through. Quality items, team, service. You guys answered my questions and you are so chill and professional and I am again just sooooo glad I came through. The in-person experience is that one Italian hand gesture where you kiss your hand and let it go. Like when you try to describe something delicious or made with the finest ingredients. Idk i think there’s an emoji for it now. Brandon (manager), you are so good at your job. This is truth truth truth. Thank you for helping me out and literally going through items with me. I needed you and my hype felt welcomed lol. Really fun and informative experience and I hope to have the pleasure of seeing you at my next visit to OVO, in-person, at The Grove. more life, chlo & her red dog scarlet

I finally received the best customer service at the store, Greg was so polite, and so helpful. I will definitely be coming back to shop some more for my husband. It is so pleasant to shop when you are being treated so well.

Been meaning to post this for a few weeks. I hated walking in here before due to the bad experiences but I saw new faces and new products I was interested in. The first person to greet me was Greg or Craig, one of those. He was wearing a cool T-shirt I hadn’t seen and I bought a few of them. His attentiveness and hospitality is what this store needs. Glad to see they’re actually reading these comments and making changes. Will definitely come back because of his excellent service.

Very friendly staff , not as much selection as the website but enough to find something you might like, it’s a very nice store tbh the clothes is definitely high quality

The store has a bunch of options and believe it or not it’s actually not super crazy on price either. I’ll definitely be shopping there again soon and definitely recommend going there. Plus DRAKE the GOAT so you know the brand fuego

I’ve been to this store many times. The staff and crew are amazing people. I was assisted by Branden today and he helped me get exactly what I was looking for! Branden was super helpful on picking the perfect item for my nieces birthday gift since she is a big Drake fan.

Always amazing within three seconds already had an output picked out, very helpful employees, like the minimalist design in the fact that it was mainly centered around the clothes people were out of the way. Not really in your face.

I was in the area for a limited edition release on Friday the 25th and stopped by the store around 10:45 AM. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away with a warm smile and great energy. The store manager—who I, unfortunately, didn’t catch the name of—was phenomenal. She asked how my day was going, let me know about the new arrivals, and offered help without hesitation. She personally walked me over to the section I was looking for, helped me choose the right items, and had her associate grab them from the back. While I waited, instead of leaving me to stand around in silence, she struck up a friendly and genuine conversation. Her personality, professionalism, and sincerity really stood out. She encouraged me to try the items on before purchasing, then rang me up and clearly explained the return policy, even making sure I had my receipt in hand before leaving. She was clearly passionate about her role and exceptional at it. In a time where great in-store customer service seems rare, this manager was a true reminder of how it should be. If she doesn’t have a raise yet—she absolutely deserves one. I’ll definitely be back thanks to her.
